Where we ship to
At this time we offer pick ups at our Vancouver Office only by appointment. You can place your order online and we will contact you to arrange an appointment. The handling fee is $7 USD since we do not keep silver bullion at our office and the orders must be shipped to our office on the morning of the appointment.
Once all items you intend to purchase have been entered into the shopping cart, you can calculate your shipping costs before confirming your order. Simply enter your address details and shipping method into the Shipping section and the shipping cost will appear in the order summary details.
We ship orders via FEDEX, UPS or Canada Post, depending on your location and shipping method selected. All packages are insured with the cost of insurance included in the shipping charge. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email along with an updated copy of your invoice indicating that your order has been shipped. All orders require an adult signature on delivery.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We only ship to physical addresses and cannot ship to a P.O. Box. If you do not include a physical shipping address in your order, it will be rejected.
Our orders are packaged in discrete padded mailers or boxes with no description of the contents noted on the outside of the package.
Delivery times and terms
If the product(s) you have ordered are in stock and your order has been processed correctly, we will ship your order from our facility within five (5) business days following receipt of the order.
Actual delivery time will depend on your destination and the method of shipping chosen. We will provide an estimate delivery date at checkout but we cannot guarantee delivery times and shipments may be delayed due to weather, transport or other delays. A tracking number for your order will be provided at the time of shipping so you may track delivery information and dates.
Signature required at time of delivery
An adult signature is required. Shipments will not be released without a signature.
If you are not at home when FedEx, UPS or Canada Post attempts to deliver your package, they will leave a note instructing you to contact them to reschedule the delivery. FedEx, UPS and Canada will only hold onto your order for a limited period of time before returning it to GSilver as indicated on their delivery attempt notice. The customer is responsible for all freight charges related to the return and re-shipping of returned orders. All return orders that are not re-shipped or returned as undeliverable will be subject to a $100 USD non-refundable processing charge.
All shipped orders are insured and we will file a claim if the package is lost or stolen. Once the claim has been filed and accepted, we reserve the right to re-ship or refund your money at our discretion. Damaged products must be returned to us for inspection at the expense of the customer.
Caution: If you permit the courier to leave your package without your signature and/or give someone else signing privileges (including building concierges, mail rooms, neighbors and family members) your insurance will be voided. GSilver is not responsible for packages delivered to non-residential addresses or deliveries signed for by a third party.
Duty and brokerage charges
Precious metal orders shipped in North America are not subject to duty or brokerage charges.
GSilver’s coins are refined to a minimum silver purity of 99.9% and weigh one troy ounce each.

Setting Up an Account
Once you have proceeded to checkout, you will have the option of creating an account or checking out as a guest.
If your order successfully went through, you will receive an email confirmation containing your invoice and order number. Unless you received this email, your order did not go through. If you are having trouble placing an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order has been submitted, you have entered into a binding agreement and you cannot cancel an order.
We accept payment via most major credit cards (including VISA, Mastercard and American Express) and digital payment services (including PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Terms of Sale
At present, sales are limited to a maximum of 50 coins.
All sales are final. Once your order has been submitted, you have entered into a binding agreement, and you cannot cancel an order.
No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Any orders delayed due to limited inventory will be processed promptly after the inventory becomes available.
In certain circumstances in which orders need to be canceled or if we are not able to fullfill the order, the buyer will be notified and will be refunded.
U.S. customers may be required to provide social security numbers for US Customs purposes before shipments are released.

GST / HST
Most precious metals including silver, gold and platinum are exempt from Canadian goods and services tax (GST) / harmonized sales tax (HST), provided the minimum purity level is satisfied. GSilver’s coins are refined to a minimum silver purity of 99.9% and are exempt from HST/GST.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the above terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time.
